Return & Exchange Policy – BAGGY Store
At BAGGY Store, we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing a clear, reliable, and transparent shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for returns and exchanges in accordance with the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1. Return & Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, in accordance with Saudi e-commerce regulations, unless the product is classified as non-returnable.
2. Conditions for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in its original condition
- The original packaging must be intact
- All accessories, tags, and labels must be included
- The product must be free from odors, scratches, or any damage
BAGGY Store reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet these conditions after inspection.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products
- Custom-made or made-to-order products
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
4. Shipping Fees
BAGGY Store will NOT cover any shipping fees related to return or exchange requests. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error from the store, all costs will be fully covered with no charges to the customer.
5. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Customers may submit a return or exchange request via:
- The store’s official email
- BAGGY’s authorized WhatsApp channel
Please provide the order number, reason for the request, and supporting photos (if applicable).
6. Inspection & Approval
All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection upon receipt of the product. Customers will be notified of the request status after inspection is completed. BAGGY Store reserves the right to reject requests that do not comply with this policy.
7. Defective or Incorrect Products
If a manufacturing defect is found or an incorrect product is delivered, the customer may choose between:
- Replacing the product
- Receiving a full refund
8. Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during checkout. The refund process may take between 7 to 14 business days after final approval, depending on the payment provider or bank.
9. Return Shipping
Once the request is approved, the customer will be provided with a return shipping address. In some cases, BAGGY Store may provide a return shipping label to simplify the process.
10. General Terms
This policy does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. BAGGY Store reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon publication on the website.
